All installations include a 12-month workmanship warranty covering installation-related issues such as cable terminations, mounting, and configuration errors. This warranty does not cover hardware failure, physical damage, or changes made by third parties.
All hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Wired Wireless will facilitate warranty claims at no charge for clients with an active managed services plan. Non-subscribed clients may be charged the standard $99 service fee for warranty assistance.
